Dine & Drink Dollars are earned while playing the gaming machines or with food & beverage spend and can be redeemed across the club for food & beverage purchases.

Status Credits are used to determine your Status Level in the Magpies Loyalty Circle program.

Each time you use your membership card, you will earn Status Credits to help you progress to the next Status Level.

New members commence at Rookie Status Level and progress to the next Status Level as soon as the required Status Credits are reached.

How long do Circle Cash Points last for?

When you use your Circle Cash Points, the oldest points are redeemed first. Circle Cash Points remain on your account for 12 months from the date earned. On the 1st of each month, any Circle Cash Points earned more than 12 months ago will expire.

How do I earn Dine & Drink Dollars?

Dine & Drink Dollars are earned at the following rates:

1 Dine & Drink Dollar per $1 spend on food & beverage.
3 Dine & Drink Dollars per $10 play on the gaming machines with your membership card inserted.

What can I use my Dine & Drink Dollars for?

Dine & Drink Dollars can be used to pay for food & beverages within the club (no takeaway). Each point is worth 1 cent and can be redeemed to pay for all or part of a purchase.

To redeem, simply present your membership card at the point of sale and let staff know you’d like to pay using your Dine & Drink Dollars.

How long do Dine & Drink Dollars last?

When you use your Dine & Drink Dollars, the oldest points are redeemed first. Dine & Drink Dollars remain on your account for 3 months from the date earned. On the 1st of each month, any Dine & Drink Dollars earned more than 3 months ago will expire.

What are Dine & Drink specials?

Dine & Drink Specials are exclusive deals available for members in the Champion or above Status Level. These specials are subject to change and are available at advertised times only. You can purchase these specials with your Dine & Drink Dollars, Circle Cash Points, cash or EFTPOS.

How do I earn Status Credits?

You earn Status Credits when you use your membership card while playing the gaming machines, making a food & beverage purchase or playing Keno.

How do I move up a Status Level?

Once you reach the required Status Credits, you‘ll automatically move up to the next Status Level and start enjoying the new benefits straight away!

Can I move down a Status Level?

Once you reach a new Status level, you are then guaranteed to remain in that level until the next review date. Reviews are conducted on 1st March, 1st June, 1st September and 1st December based on your Status Credits.

When do Status Credits expire?

Status Credits remain in your account for 6 months from the date earned. On the 1st of each month, any Status Credits earned more than 6 months ago will expire.
